Terms of Services

We provide drayage, refrigerated transport, and warehousing as agreed in service contracts. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Responsibilities

Ghost Trucking: Deliver shipments per agreed timelines, barring uncontrollable delays (weather, port congestion).
3. Payments & Claims

Invoices are due within 15 days. Late fees apply (1.5% monthly).

Cargo claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to actual freight charges unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for:
